Vertical with blurred sides
Desktop app
- Export's Vertical preset can keep the whole picture: Blurred sides puts it in the middle of the tall frame over a blurred copy of itself. Or crop the middle, or follow the person. "Show where the apps put their buttons" marks the part of the frame TikTok, Reels and Shorts leave free.
- WhatsApp can also be sent as a document in full quality. Export can even out the volume, and the sharing presets leave out the location and camera data the file carried.
