AICC courses in the SCORM merger

- Speech recognition on this PC: a very short sound no longer risks a crash, and stopping it while it finds out which language you spoke takes a moment instead of seconds.
Tools
- SCORM 1.3.2: AICC courses (for example Questionmark's exports) can be merged into one AICC course with a choice page. The chosen course reports to the LMS by itself, exactly as it would on its own, and nothing about the learner passes through the page. AICC and SCORM courses can't be mixed in one merge.
