3D models in the chat and Picture to 3D

A .glb, .gltf or .stl added to the chat (or saved by the 3D tool) plays in the message with GlirOS's 3D player: turn, zoom, ⛶ full screen, and for animated files a list of the animations with a timeline; "play the walk" starts one by its name, and Edit opens the file in the 3D tool. Picture to 3D (a tool in the catalogue, desktop app only) makes a coloured 3D model from one picture of an object with GlirOS's 3D model, TripoSR (MIT, about 0.8 GB, an AI add-on in Settings > Tools, downloaded when you first use it; it runs on your computer, nothing is sent). Plain backgrounds work best.
