Timers, reminders and scheduled messages

Ask "remind me at 15:00 to call Anna", "set a timer for 10 minutes" or "every weekday at 8 ask me for today's plan": the Timers & triggers tool keeps them. Reminders arrive without a model; a scheduled question is answered in its own chat. The desktop app fires them while GlirOS is in the tray (and shows missed ones after a restart); the web version while a GlirOS tab is open. Settings > Tools lists them.
