Tools: the catalogue, switching tools on, the "/" list

Tools are small apps GlirOS and the models use: calculators, unit converter, date and time, text counter, timers and reminders, translator, teleprompter, SCORM, 3D shapes, circuits, the code catalog, dice, tic-tac-toe and the ToolMaker for home-made tools. Settings > Tools switches them on and off and shows the tool catalogue (Get more tools); a switched-off tool can't be used until it is switched on. Ask "open the translator" or name what you want; with the "/" tool list switched on (Settings > Tools, off by default) typing / in the message box lists the tools by name. GlirOS runs clear requests with a tool by itself ("what is 17% of 2 350?") and each tool says how it works with the others.
