Getting started
What GlirOS is
GlirOS is a private AI assistant.
It comes as a desktop app for Windows (the full version, running AI models on the user's own PC) and as this web version at gliros.com, which runs in the browser. Besides chatting, it makes and edits pictures, video and sound (the picture tool, Media Studio, and slideshows from your pictures and clips) and has tools for many everyday jobs (Settings > Tools).
This guide is the same text GlirOS itself uses to answer questions about GlirOS.
